At Unhealed Co., we operate using a preorder model for our apparel and accessories.
This means your items are created after orders are placed — not mass-produced ahead of time.
We appreciate your patience and excitement as your order is made with care.

Estimated Timelines:

  • Production Time: Up to 6 weeks after the preorder window closes.
    If there are any production delays, we’ll notify you directly by email and post updates on our social media.

  • Packing & Processing Time: Once your items are ready, packaging typically takes up to 5 business days.
    (We aim to package and ship orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on volume.)

  • Shipping Time:
    Shipping timelines depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and the carrier’s delivery estimates.
    Please note that shipping speed is based on courier estimates, not Unhealed Co.'s internal processing time.

We currently offer shipping to:

  • Canada 🇨🇦

  • United States 🇺🇸

  • Europe 🇪🇺 (select countries)

We hope to expand our reach even further as we grow!

Tracking Information:

  • Some shipping options will include a tracking number, and you’ll receive tracking information by email when available.

  • If you select a shipping option without tracking, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the ability to track or locate your package once it has been handed over to the carrier.

  • However, if something goes wrong, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to support you and make things right whenever we can.

  • All shipping timelines are estimates and can be affected by factors outside of our control (like courier delays, weather events, or holidays).

  • If there are exceptional delays at any stage — production, packing, or shipping — we will communicate updates via email and on our social media pages.
