We know healing isn’t linear - and neither is shopping while healing. Here are answers to your most frequently asked questions, so you can feel held, not confused.

Ordering

Do you offer size-inclusive items?

Yes! Size inclusivity is a core value of Unhealed Co. Our current apparel offers a minimum range of S–3XL with up to 5XL for some items. We're committed to continuing this in all future collections.

Are your items pre-made of made to order?

We use a pre-order model, which means we collect orders before placing a bulk order with our manufacturer. This helps us reduce waste, keep pricing intentional, and ensure every piece is made with care.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at unhealedco@gmail.com. After that, changes may not be possible due to our production schedule.

All items are shipped from my cozy apartment in Northern Ontario, Canada, with lots of care <3

When will my order ship?

Shipping timelines vary depending on the stage of production. For pre-orders, we’ll share an estimated shipping timeline on the product page and via email. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship within Canada, the U.S., Europe, Australia, and New Zealand — with select availability in the UK. We’re starting small so we can grow intentionally and make sure we’re doing this with care. 🌿

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we’d love to hear from you. Please email us at unhealedco@gmail.com and we’ll prioritize looking into your shipping zone for future launches.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.
  • Shipping times vary — especially outside of North America — so please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
  • International returns are a bit more complex, but we’re happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis if any issues come up

Returns & Exchanges

What if I received the wrong item or size?

First off, we're so sorry. Please email us at unhealedco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • If the mistake was on our end, we'll make it right and cover all costs to get the correct item to you.
  • If the mistake was made during ordering, we’re happy to help with an exchange, but the customer will be responsible for return and re-shipping costs.

**Please note that since we operate on a pre-order basis and do not keep excess stock, there may be a wait while your replacement is remade. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If your item is unworn and in original condition, you can contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process from there.

Our Mission

What does "yours to define" mean?

It means healing isn't one-size-fits-all. At Unhealed Co., you're invited to define your own path, at your own pace. Every collection, design, and product is created to support your version of soft, strong, and still healing.

Do you donate to any causes?

Yes. 10% of every sale is donated to Take Back the Night Foundation, a global non profit dedicated to ending sexual violence and supporting survivors. Learn more on our page Beyond Us: Supporting Take Back the Night

Product & Care Info

How should I wash my items?

First and foremost, these pieces are yours. They're meant to be worn, lived in, and cared for - but we also hope they remind you to care for yourself along the way.

Like most garments, they’ll hold up best when washed inside out in cold water and hung to dry. That said, these pieces are built to last - and we know life doesn’t always follow a care tag.

So whether you're folding laundry after a long day or tossing everything in on your way out the door, know this: how you care for these items is up to you. However they age, stretch, or soften, they’ll carry the marks of your journey - and that’s part of what makes them yours.

Are your materials sustainable?

We prioritize ethical and sustainable sourcing whenever possible. Our packaging is biodegradable or recyclable, and our blanks are chosen with both quality and care in mind.
